Select any account category in the system for Autoposting to one or all of your ledgers.

This versatile feature can be used to automatically post any income or expense, including recurring or fixed charges.  For fixed charges, simply click 'Fixed Amount' and choose the account that you want to use. Checks can be issued for each of your postings, or a cumulative check can be created. Use this feature to post recurring charges such as parking fees, fixed charges such as filter replacement on all units, taxes, and more!

Automatic postings can be pre-set or made one at a time, allowing for changes on the fly.   Post rent charges to all your tenants in a matter of seconds, then customize with options like posting a percentage of rent or a percentage of the current balance in each ledger.

Use Automatic postings for recurring fees set up under each rental unit.  There are three recurring fees available for every rental unit. Assign them to anything, such as recurring parking fees, filter replacement on all units, taxes or HOA fees.

Issue a check for each posting, or create a cumulative check.  For example, you have the ability to create a check to your own company for a charge to the owner. You can also consolidate checks to vendors or to your company.
