Now also includes! 150 Property Management Forms - a collection of the acclaimed Mr. Landlord templates/documents for Property Management. Covers every aspect of management for the residential manager. These forms only work with the Tenant File Word Processor Program, and cannot be purchased alone.
1099 MISC Program - Gathers and prints the information you need to file your 1099 MISC forms for your Owners or Contractors. You must supply the forms (available from the IRS or office supply companies) and the Tenant File will do the rest.
