It is easy to use, flexible, it prints many reports especially the ones for your accountant at the end of the year. Few years ago I did some reviews for the CPA Software News. I have used Tenant File for almost 10 years. I did research on ease of use, number of properties it would support, reports it would generate and different ways that the program would help me look professional and not require a team of geeks to run. There were good reviews on line and the support is fantastic. I have gone through several versions of the program and every time they improve. The cost is very reasonable and I refer anyone that asks to the company.

I have been using Tenant File for about 10 years. I enjoy the updates because they usually are things that I would want to improve on. I enjoy the ease of using the program. When I do have an issue all I have to do is contact Web Support and I get an answer to my dilemma. I usually can solve the problem with just one email. If not, I always have the option to pay for phone support and get someone online and into the system to get it done.
