Tenant File Scheduler
You can keep important
dates on your scheduler for each rental unit. See a six month
calendar with all scheduled dates in bold. This can be used for
scheduling repair dates, tenant vacations, upcoming events, or
for booking vacation rentals and other short term rental
activities.
Each scheduled date range can include Entry Dates and Actions
dates for integration with the Tenant File Reminder System.
Additionally, each
scheduled range can also include a large memo field and up to 5
extra fields. These 5 fields can be used for whatever
information you wish to keep. You can also print out your
scheduled dates on the new Scheduler Report from the Reports
Menu. |

New Feature Listing Screen
This new screen allows
you to quickly and easily change the features (bedrooms, bath,
etc) and the description for your rental units. Now you can copy
multiple features at once to all of your rentals. With the new
(optional) RentalWIZ service, your vacant rental unit features
can be automatically uploaded to the Internet. You can still
make changes in each individual rental unit, but the Feature
Listing Screen makes it easy to do it all in one location. |

Emailing now works for all email clients instead of just
Microsoft Outlook. The Reminder System screen redesigned for easier use and neater
appearance.
Added RentalWIZ option to Tenant File menu. Check Register now allows user to change date, number, remark,
and invoice number. Check Reconciliation allows user to exit reconciliation and
remembers cleared checks
DirectPAY option capabilities added for online payments.
Revised Check/Deposit section to improve ease of deletion.
Added warning to Account Defaults screen when uses changes
default account.
Added drop-down sort to checks and deposits by Unit Address or
Tenant Name.
Added additional safeguards to check integrity of database and
attempt repair.
Added new reports for Owners, Properties, Units, Tenants, and

text for easier identification.

was a user request that was implemented to make it easier to see

New Improvements to Rent Charging screen
With new improvements the
the 'Charge Rents to Tenants screen, you can now post a 'range'
of dates at one time, instead on having to post each due date
individually.
Additionally, you can
post using the date that you enter, or you can have the program
enter the posting date based on the due date that is entered for
each tenant.
For example, if the
Tenant's due date is on the 15th, and the current month is
January, the program will post using the date '01/15' of the
current year no matter what date you are posting the rent.
