All Tenant File products are downloads and are installed on your computer, and therefore not returnable. We realize that some customers want to 'try out' the actual program before they purchase, so we provide a free 'Sample Program' (on our Home Page) which you can try before you purchase. The Sample Program is the operational Tenant File program with sample data already included for your convenience. The Sample Program is the latest version of the Tenant File and is fully functional except for the ability to add additional rental units other than the ones provided, and it is limited to 10 uses per installation (you can install it any number of times if you need more).
