The number of bank accounts that you can have with the Tenant File has been expanded from 3 to 10. You can choose to post transactions to any account, such as when you pay your owners, or post rent received. Additionally, it is easier to correct mistakes in the Register, and you can move or transfer postings from one check register to another.

We have created a brand new security deposit screen to make it quick and easy to disperse your deposits. This unique screen allows you to transfer money out of your security deposit bank account to another account, create a tenant check and even forfeit money to the owner. More info...
