The number of bank accounts that you can have with the Tenant File has been expanded from 3 to 10. You can choose to post transactions to any account, such as when you pay your owners, or post rent received. Posting rent has been improved with the addition of an 'other' category, in addition to rent received, late fees received, and management fees charged. Now, you can choose any income account in the Tenant File to post to the ledgers at the same time as you are posting rent received. More info... |

The Recurring Field capabilities have been expanded to 6 separate recurring fields, plus there is a dedicated screen to make posting recurring charges easy. You are now able to schedule your rent increases ahead of time. No limit on the number of increases per rental unit, and no limit on how far in the future the rent increase will be.
